* The above rates are per guest room, per night, single or double occupancy. Additional fees apply per guest above two (2) with a maximum occupancy of four (4) adults per guest room. Rates are net and non-commissionable.

The rate quoted to Group applies only for the above dates. If any of the Group members wish to arrive early, or extend their stay, their requests will be honored on a space available basis, at Hotel’s regular rates.

Each individual attendee will be responsible for his/her own guestroom, tax and incidentals.

room taxes / Fees

A daily resort fee (the "Resort Fee") of $15.00 per room, per night plus room tax of 13.625% (tax is subject to change), will be charged in addition to the room rates set forth above. This fee includes:

  • High-speed Wi-Fi
  • Twenty-four (24) hour access to Body Rock fitness center Unlimited entry and exit into parking areas after initial fee
  • Chair and towel service at the indoor pool or seasonal beach area

Unless otherwise specified, the Resort Fee will be posted to the individual's room account.

Rates are also subject to an Atlantic City Tourism Promotional Fee, currently $2.00 plus applicable tax of $0.27, and a New Jersey State Occupancy Fee, currently $3.00, per room, per night.

Parking options

Parking options include self-parking or valet. Parking rates are posted and may vary. After paying initial parking fee upon entry, hotel guests will not pay for additional entries or exits during stay dates.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm ET Monday - Saturday.
  • Check-in time is 5:00 pm ET on Sunday.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am ET Monday - Sunday.

A credit card must be presented upon check-in. If the guest does not present a credit card, he/she will not be permitted to check into their room. At the time of check-in, credit cards will be authorized for room and tax plus $150 per day for incidental charges.

All persons must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to check into the hotel. Only registered guests may check in and occupy guest rooms. Children under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) at all times. Any guest under the age of twenty-one (21) must be accompanied by an adult twenty-one (21) years of age or older in a casino gaming area. Patrons must be over the age of twenty­ one (21) to gamble.

cut-off date

The "cut-off date" is Friday, January 25, 2019 at 11:59 pm EST. Reservation requests after the cut-off date will be based on availability at Hotel's prevailing rates and may be credited toward the Group's Block based on Hotel's sole discretion.

RESERVATION METHOD

Individual Call-In

If group attendees will be making reservations directly with Hotel via a direct web link or the telephone call center, attendees may call Hotel at (609) 449-1000 on or before the Group cut­ off date and mention Group Code GNJDOC8. Individuals must identify themselves as part of Group to receive Group's rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night's guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder's account.

CANCELLATION

Hotel allows individual cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date. Hotel shall charge the individual attendee one (1) night’s guaranteed guest room rate plus tax for cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation will be canceled. It is a Hotel policy to require a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges. Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
